We all go through those times when we lose all sense of hope and our days just seem a bit darker than usual. We've all had our own share of those days when we feel like we're not okay. But it's okay to not be okay, and that's what all those inspiring, renewing quotes and words are all about! We scroll through our news feeds in Facebook or Instagram, and we instantly feel better, right? It's as if there was some kind of magic that turns our frowns (and growing forehead wrinkles) to bright, hopeful smiles.
I always happen to come across quotes and words of wisdom, as they call it, and everytime that I do, I am instantly reminded that everything will be okay, and that everything will make sense in the end. And it's such a satifying feeling! I'm going to share some of them with y'all here:
"Living an others first kind of life means you will give up things you love for things you love even more."
"He never fails. He is consistent even when the world is not. He is consistent even when we are not."
"God doesn't use the most talented; He uses the most willing."
They're not really quotes, they're more like sentences I made into quotes. Haha! Those are from the online devotionals that I read in the YouVersion app. They're simple truths and I love them. I think what stood out most to me was the third one. It speaks to me especially whenever I feel like I'm not good enough, or I'm not the best at this and that, because after all, God doesn't really care if you're super good or the very best at everything you do. You being willing is more than enough!
I hope the quotes above would speak to you too, the same way it did to me! x
